Bronze has a separate chat with Coach Kenneth. There is a weekly group coaching call Tuesday Evenings at 7PM Central. No 1-1 calls, however as you share in the thread you get support from all the men and Coach Kenneth. This group will be limited to 20 men.
Silver has a separate chat with Coach Kenneth. There is a weekly group coaching call per week Wednesdays at 12PM Central, Each Man also get's a 1-1 coaching call each week with Coach Kenneth. Additional Modules. This group will be limited to 10 Men.
