I first talked with Kenneth shortly after receiving the horrific news from my wife that she had filed for divorce. I was a complete mess, shaking, trembling and crying. My world had been turned completely on end. Kenneth listened intently and compassionately about my situation. He provided me with open and honest feedback. Over time he helped me with perspectives that I hadn't considered in my time of despair. He was able to bring me out of a very deep and dark depression. I can honestly say if it weren't for Kenneth I'm not sure I would be alive today. He is extremely insightful and has a tremendously large
heart. He was very adept at asking the right questions to get me to think on my own and to face the emotions I was having and how to handle them. He is very easy to talk with and to be vulnerable. I'll be forever grateful for the coaching, support and mentoring that he has provided me. Because of his coaching I find myself with renewed hope and a new outlook on life.
Kenneth Harouff is not your friend! He’s a man who cares enough to call you out and call you forward to become the man you were created to be. As my coach, Kenneth was quickly able to identify how I was out of integrity with myself. He brought awareness to my patterns of self-deception, self-sabotage and bullshit. Kenneth provided an environment that was nonjudgmental and safe but firm and brutally honest. I knew from the first call that Kenneth was committed to the highest values and had my best interests at heart. I remember specifically that he was most concerned with making sure that I would not show up as a destructive force in my life and marriage. This allowed me to trust him and to be open and vulnerable. I learned through Kenneth’s coaching that men need other men for challenge, support, and accountability. That is exactly what Kenneth supplied. I received wisdom, structure, community, a vision, and a plan. I was given the tools to grow. Since working with Kenneth my life and relationships are thriving! My heart has become open to repairing and forgiving past traumas such as my ‘Father Wound.’ I’ve also been able to get with my feelings of unworthiness and not being good enough. We’ve worked through my patterns of being the ‘yes man’ and ‘the pleaser.’ I’m now bringing healthy masculine energy and leadership to many aspects of my life including my marriage, family and faith life. I’m grateful to have encountered Kenneth at this stage in my growth journey. His coaching has been a true blessing in my life. Kenneth Harouff is not my friend. He is the man in my life that has helped me become the man I was created to be and I have found that to be even more valuable than friendship.

In my time with the group, nobody infuriated me more than coach Kenneth Harouff. Honest to god I hated him at times. Everytime I was so sure I was in the right or did right or was sure that I was the victim in a situation he would ask the right questions that would open my eyes and let me see the truth. I'd be pointing my finger out at whoever and slowly realize I was pointing the wrong way. A very dynamic person with the knowledge to know what you need to hear and the gift to know exactly how you need to hear it. Even if it's exactly what I didn't want to hear at the time, it was exactly what I needed to hear everytime. He's not your friend, he's better.
